Welcome to Fland-Made, and thank you for stopping by!
I am an aspiring environmentalist, rock climber, chef, photographer, knitter, sewer, interior decorator, backpacker, and cat lady. Although I am not an expert on any of these topics, I really enjoy dabbling in all of them. I am an E.I.T. with a B.S. in civil engineering, and I’m currently working on my master’s degree in structural engineering. I think the world is a spectacular place to live, and my philosophy in life most closely resembles atheist Buddhism.
This blog does not have a theme – it is merely an outlet for my creative attempts. Here, you will find recipes, tips for reducing your waste, snippets from my life, and some craft projects.
I visited Maine for the first time last summer and loved it. Beautiful place!
It is absolutely gorgeous in the summer! I’m glad you were able to experience it 🙂
Creepy– both of us have the same name, and both of our SO’s do too! (Though mine’s spelled differently.)
That’s awesome!
(Maybe I’m weird, but stuff like that makes me marvel at how small and cool the world is).
